I believe that all 89C51 are pin to pin compatibles.
The other derivatives have different pins and number also changes accordingly. I checked the Google. 89C51 is provided by Phillips, Atmel only and there is none "generic" from Intel. All you get is 8051 types. If you are going to program 89c51 chips which are supported by that device then whats problem? |
