Hi Rick,
I use to work with AT89S8252. Although you did not provide too much info, I suppose that the corruption happens ramdomly. You have to asure that the write process can be completed before the power goes down. I sense the voltage before the 5V regulator and the uC write routine should start ONLY if the voltage is high enough to asure the process can be finished. If I am not wrong, it takes 1.5 mS per byte. Give us more details. I can post one possible circuit. Daniel |
