... and it has undefined behaviour when the supply gets below some 2.something volts. Better, use either the CMOS version (77C05), or something more modern, such as 1232.
Do you write often into the EEPROM? I mean, what are the chances that a write cycle would be interrupted by sudden power outage? JW |
