seems to work
that is a scary statement I read "I do not know if it works, but hope it does" I have a sin wave oscilating at the PSEN output if you have an (old) slow scope you MAY se a pulse as a sine wawe, if you have a fast (~50MHz or better - or would 10MHz do?) scope you have something DRAMATICALLY wrong.
