If you explain exactly what you are doing and how you are doing it, somebody may be able to spot some inefficiency. Or, depending on the application, there may be a quick, clever, "thinking outside the box" way to do whatever it is you need. Sometimes an approximation of some sort, or even a simple table lookup will save the day. Details. We love details. -- Russ |
