To Be Multi master you must read back the Data.
If a CPU sets the Data High, But sees it Low, That is a collision. That CPU must abort, wait and retry. Does the System work if the second CPU is in, but not talking? The Outputs must be left High. The BIT delays must be correct to deal with Bus Capacitance. The Clock Line must be tested that it went high after it is told to go high. This helps deal with high bus capacitance. |
