That said, 99% I would use the R6/R7 register banks to pass parameters. There is just that 1%, when I am using the R6/R7 registers in my assembly program that I had to figure out how to make the compiler do what I wanted it to do. And the compiler has the flexibility to do it, so I will take advantage of it.
