Datasheet reveals that
"In normal operation ALE is emitted at a constant rate ... How can I use ALE pin as timming or clocking.I cannot find any instruction for that purpose. there is none, what instruction would you need when "ALE is emitted at a constant rate" What you may be asking about is that your derivative, read the datasheet, MAY have a SFR bit that disables ALE.
