first of all u insert the transformer in b\w the high voltage & ur circuit than use resistor divider.... use opamp to signal conditioning of ur signal .....and design in such a way that ----------- - - input - gain - output 0.5V - - 0V ----------- ----------- - - input - gain - output 6V - - 2.5V ----------- |
