Atmel has the '5115, and then there are several others like the ADuC8xx by AD or the TI's MSC12xx, but they position themselves as an "ADC with a '51" so maybe it's sligtly off your requirement (in other words, they have a fancy ADC but are a bit expensive). Generally, ADC is quite rare in '51s, especially those which flavour closely resembles vanilla :-) JW |
