after you had a look at the Keil device database, both will get you there.
You do not state volume, but if the volume does not make price the most important parameter, go for SILabs, you get ICE functionality for free. If it's price have a look at the NXP LPC series. There are ICEs available for the LPC for less that $1000. Erik |
