#144587 - Operating Relay |
I am using Modem Chip CMX 469. To enable it to transmit i am enabling the Pin P1.7. This enables the Modem chip Tx as well as will enable the TxEnable function of the Radio. To enable transmit function of the radio it is needed to short two wires of the audio socket(Ground and Tx Enable). I have planned to put these two wires on the relay and operate the relay by the P1.7.
The datasheet of relay is below:- As i see it need 40mA of current at 5V. Will P1.7 handle this? |
