#145737 - Odd .. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Looking at the datasheet, it seems that they "forgot" to document how to erase single sectors when using IAP. However, the user block consists of 512 128-byte sectors that can be erased individually, as the documentation of the ISP protocol shows.
Unfortunately, NXP doesn't seem to produce the chip anymore and doesn't have an updated datasheet. |
