How did you get to this conclusion?
Their parts search produced no results when fed with "89V51RD2". I guess I should have tried "P89V51RD2", but since I oddly enough (1) never used any Philips/NXP parts at work, I'm not familiar with their exact naming scheme. You somehow dug out datasheet version 1 which did not contain this information, but that was superseded in already. Guilty as charged. After not finding the right chip on nxp.com, I tried my luck in Keil's device database. And their datasheet is from 2004 indeed. Thanks for clearing this up. I feel really silly now. (1) Yes, I work for Philips. |
