Yes, the Keil demo link at 4000h. But the 2051 ignore the upper address bits. So it should work.

The only problem, you need a programmer, which ignore the upper address bits also during programming, e.g.:

http://www.specs.de/~danni/to.../index.htm

Also you can use a hex to bin converter and remove the first 16384 bytes. Then convert it to hex again, if your programmer support no binary input.
