#146813 - a Hard lesson I learned long ago Responding to: ???'s previous message |
There's no 1-byte "buffer" (which I have seen on other chips, like Atmel AT91SAM7S, where you can actually write one byte and get a TXBUFE before the byte is sent out completely).
When starting to work with a processor family you have not worked with before, do not assume any similarity to anything in any processor family you have worked with before. The differences will be in the places you least expect them to be. However when you experience an unnecessary deviation from the architecture within a family you know write the manufacturer and complain. Erik |
