I think that I have read something about the intermetal (IM) bus in this forum a few weeks ago, but I could not find anything using the forum search utility.

I need to connect an 8051 to the LMC1982CIN (National Sem.) but the datasheet do not describe the IM bus in detail. I coud not find any information about this bus using the most common search sites. I have tried the National Semiconductors web site, too.

Can anybody suggest me any suitable link?.
