Intermetall is now called micronas. Datasheets are available on www.micronas.de

If you can't find it there I could send you the datasheet of the CCU3000 via e-mail. It is a 65C02 processor with 2 IM busses in it. The bus is described in that datasheet. The total size is 541 Mb.
