- IRF730 is too big one, use some low-power , especially watch
for gate threshold voltage about 2.5V
- SW1 is not naccasary, connect Q1 gate to TX pin trough
invertor (transistor or 74hc14).
- AD8572 can be used for prototype, but real part is some low-cost comparator (LM311,LM393) .Add 1MOhm resistor in series with inputs.
