my english is not good and i can't talk/write too much about my project

All the more reason why you need to post schematic diagrams to describe what you are doing!

before i use it with 8051, i check those driver first by connecting the control pin through Vcc supply (5V).

Measure the current required by the drivers. Think about whether an 8051 port pin can supply that current.

Show your schematic!

The schematic is similar with schematic in L298 datasheet.

"similar" is no help!

Post your schematic to show exactly what you did!

I don't really know about the motor specification

How can you design anything without knowing the specification?!

but i think it require 12V and 5A for supply voltage

"think" is no use - you absolutely need to know this!!

Even if you don't have a spec, you should at least measure it!

.I connected those control pin at motor driver to P1 at 8051.

How, exactly, did you "connect" them?

Again, Show your schematic!
