Hi Maziar,
current loop was old, but not outmoded, since many advantages, e.g.: - self powered by the minimal value of 4mA, so only 2 wire needed (instead of 4 wire on RS-232/-485) - unshielded cable can be used, since you can integrate 20ms to get full 50Hz suppression. Peter |
