Texas Instruments produced excellent chip for 4-20mA loop powered devices.
You can go to www.ti.com and take data sheet for XTR-115. It is 100 times current amplifier with, Vreg = 5V output (for loop powered sensors) and Vref outputs for 2.5V or 4.095V. |
