#150066 - IAR changed everything Responding to: ???'s previous message |
When IAR updated their compiler with version 6.10, the world changed. Bit identification, internal endianess...
They produced a converter, but they placed more emphasis on converting Keil to their new product, than they did converting previous users to their new product. I was never able to get anything useful out of the converter. I was also unable/unwilling to rewrite my existing code for the new compiler, so I have both old and new installed on my machine. And yes, if I was in a position to do so, it would be just as easy to convert to Keil as to the current IAR. You might check out the IAR site, they have a migration guideline that might be of use. But I expect your conversion will have to be done by hand. Dennis |
