Maziar,
Dallas and Benchmarq have many RTCs, some of them include crystal and Lithium battery. Both firms make also ICs that include RTC & RAM in one chip. To be precise, I think that an IC with a battery must be called "module", but I am not sure. Regards, Alfredo del Rio. |
