Have you actually read the documentation included in the Zip file?
There is no mention of TCP/IP or uip in there!

What board?
  • Murray's website simply calls this "routines" - no mention of any specific hardware;
  • The title of this thread is just, "Free JPEG VGA Camera Software" - nothing about hardware;
  • The original post mentions only software - nothing about hardware.

    Perhaps he can provide us the schematic..?

    As far as I can see, the software simply deals with capturing images, and transferring the data into a buffer in the MCU - what you subsequently do with that data is entirely up to you!
