Sorry Andy. I think Jeckson was referring to a private email I sent him last week in which I informed him of an upcoming IP camera project.

The (improved) low level JPEG Camera routines will be used in an IP camera project that won't be available until late June or July, as I'm busy with study. The project will be based on the uIP protocol stack and ET-WEB51 TCP/IP Ethernet board I sell on my site.

For anyone looking for the 22.1184 MHz crystal for the (yet to be released) faster version of the low level camera routines, then try http://www.futurlec.com I think they go for about USD$0.75 + postage.
