Today I think we pay between 5 an 6 Euro for P89C669FA.
In my situation, in short time, meeting the requirements are the most important thing. But ofcourse, when choosing between chips meeting the requirements, the price will be important. I have been looking at the Keil page. I think it is quite compleet, as they have made it a thing to support all possible 8051s in the market. |
