Also, Scott couldn't have known that there is enough expertise and goddwill here in this Forum to definitively solve his P89V51RD2 IAP problem. He naturally expects this support from the manufacturer, who spectacularly fails to provide it. Once there are drop-in replacements which are in some respect easier to work with, I also see merit in switching to this replacement right off. JW |
