Dear Amit,
Please check following things, 1> how much is digital error?(1 LSB error or more) 2> remove stepper motor(H/W) & check ADC. (this will eliminate stepper motor generated noise if any). 3> also stepper motor control, lcd control signals & /wr , /rd of adc shares port2. Make sure software is not manipulating these port pins during stepper motor handeling/lcd operation. 4> make sure of stable Vcc, as changes / fluctuation in Vcc will reflect in Vref. (observe Vcc on good CRO, do not use MM). 5> instead of voltage devider for Vref try using some constant voltage source like zener or LDO voltage regulator |
