if i check the data in eeprom nothing is written in that...why?

There are 3 possible reasons why this might happen:
1. A problem (or problems) in your software;
2. A problem (or problems) in your hardware;
3. A combination of the above.

if i connect master which has I2C inbuilt like ARM, will this problem be solved?

No, it won't:
If you change to built-in I2C - whether with an ARM or an 8051 or anything else - you will need different hardware and different software. You have just as much chance of experiencing software and/or hardware problems in that case!

A better approach would be to find the problem(s) in your existing software and/or hardware - and fix them!
