#155004 - XSVF... Responding to: ???'s previous message |
... which is a binary, stripped-off version of SVF.
Most of the tools for CPLDs don't produce directly XSVF just SVF, but there are tools for conversion (which is rather straighforward) somwhere on the Xilinx webpage. A good place to start is XAPP058, to which an example "xsvf player" sources are also available on Xilinx website; it is not straighforwardly compilable for a '51 but provides a point where to start at least. Just a note, the huge buffers used in those sources might not be needed for average CPLDs; thay appear to be needed for some FPGAs only. JW |
