It is not feasible because if there is a transient fault on the first or second due to voltage glitch, alpha particle, or full moon it could totally wipe out the dual port memory content when the crashed program dances on through.

The dual port system that I described before has independent dual ports for each of three processors which are managed by a chaperon processor.
