#155821 - not much detail ???
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Yes, I already sent a email to they. The data sheet has no much detail. No answer till now
not much detail??? it's 350 pages

Is there any richer version of the 8052? 16 bits version?
sure
addition:
I do not think any of those has a free compiler, free assembler - sure,

What about the main stack. Could it be defined on external RAM or it must be on internal RAM (on 8052 chips)
not directly, the 'traditional' way to do it (by the way, no 8 bitter should run multithreaded in my opinion) is to save the stack in XDATA when switching tasks.

I get the impression that you, instead of starting from "I will do this on an 8 bitter the 8 bitter way" am starting from "I will make an 8 bitter behave as a 32 bitter"
