#157196 - Temperature Problems Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I noticed my LED driver ICs DM134B get hot during operation. I left the board on full brightness for a whole weekend and there was no problem although it was hot(around 50 C), but I'm worried that when my board with large black metal case is put in the desert at noon time, would it tolerate the ambient temperature of 48 C?
I'm planning on putting lots of fans inside and make holes for air to circulate, I'm even thinking of putting a small air conditioning unit inside the board, what do you think? Mahmood |
