#157277 - ISP/price MCU suggestions |
Hi people,
I'm searching for suggestions for MCU replacement. Today we are using W78E516B-PLCC44, but this IC has no real ISP, chips are preprogrammed with bootloader before soldering. Our goal is to produce boards in China and real ISP is needed. Low price - too, quantity about 5000 pcs/year. Minimal requirements are 64kB flash/512B RAM, standard 8052 peripherals,ISP . 44..48 pin quad package. Optional additional 4-bit port is good but can be missed. Hope somebody here can share price info. regards |
