#157319 - More work with a 555 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
You can always use a 555 with a 10-way switch.
Calibrate the 555 by using a 100uF non-electrolytic capacitor. At a guess you will need switched resistances in the range of 150k to 250k. Or possibly use a 10uF with 1M5 to 2M5 resistors. The timing will not be very reproducible, and will definitely require some calibration. By the time that you have bought the 10-way switch and poly capacitor, you could have made it cheaper with a 8051. David. |
