My nearest goal is to convert 1ph 230v to 3ph supply ,the output voltage and frequency is not of much important at this point.
As the frequency is not major concern I can afford to have AT89c51 as the 50hz half cycle is about 10ms and I can get 1us precision with 12MHz crystal. I studied the datasheets of many IGBT's their maximum off time is about 600ns.So the dead time programming is not the major task. Can I know the generic protective circuit of the IGBTs ? |
