Hi,
We are facing a curious problem with P89V660 (and 664). This microcontrollers works properly a certain time and in some case the status bit came to 1. On a client site with 50 same program, 6 present the problem after 1 to 8 days. Our software isn't write to flash, the security bit Flash Write Protect is on. The bootloader is version 4 The revision of the cheap is A2 Is anyone have an idea or have the same type of disfunction ? Regards, Philippe. |
