Make sure the Vdd Supply is very very very stable and within specification..
It is possible some transients on the Vdd may be the cause.. Can you get a batch programming in a profesional programmer... (so you can compare the In-System-Programming) Also flashing the part a few times.... wont give you the cause..but may help reduce the initial problems in your batches. Regards Joe |
