Yes the µCtrl is in bootloader mode, PSEN is Ok. With FlashMagic we read the status bit at 1. The µCtrl is ok, the program is in Flash, if we set the bit to 0 it will back Ok. But we search how this bit change wihtout action. For the Reset we use a MCP101-475(from Microchip) Hold reset for 350ms, reset during power loss and power up, Trip point 4.625 (typical) to 4.75V With same board and 80C66x we don't have this problem.
