#158162 - EEPROM Erase/Write Cycle |
In EEPROM data sheet always mention Erase/Write cycle.
Example AT89S8253 has 2KB EEPROM with Endurance : 100000 Write/Erase cycle. Anyone can tel what is that mean? Is that mean after 100000 write or erase operation EEPROM damage? |
