#158166 - HELP:regular monitoring of inputs 8051 |
I am working with 89S8253.I need to monitor the given inputs at P0 of the controller and need to carry out functions, if input at a specific pin changes(input may toggle every second or so).
Without using external interrupts, how can I regularly monitor these changing inputs at the P0 and carry out the required function for every change at the input pin? Reading the pin everytime is not working,if I use interrupts then am able to monitor changes at the input pin.I need to do it without using external interrupts.Am using C codes, using KeilIDE. Thanks in advance. Regards |
