1) The code is hard to read. Very strange indents among other things.

2) You scan rows and columns independently. You have to handle them at the same time. When you switch from row to column scanning, the key may have been released, resulting in row and column data not belonging together.

3) You claim that you debounce. Not so!

4) What happens if multiple keys gets pressed?
