#158236 - Select-On-Test Responding to: ???'s previous message |

the type and brand varies with each shop and hardly the sellers knows about them. If this is for a commercial product, then it sounds like you are talking to the wrong sources. You really need to find distributors who can supply to a definite specification. It sounds like you are talking to hobbyist suppliers - which is fine if this is a "hobby" or one-off project. In that case, you can simply buy a bundle of LEDs, and Select-On-Test; ie, you measure each LED's characteristics, and select a suitable series resistor based the observed performance... That could even work for small batch production - especially if your labour costs are low... |
