#158239 - 89C51 works but 89C52 does not |
I am facing a funny problem.
My project has external RAM (data memory). Used NVRAM ds1230. I am using standard 74HCT573 as address latch. When I use 89c51, code works properly. But if I use the same code on 89c52 it does not work. In that the code does not write to NVRAM. This I have checked by unplugging NVRAM from my board and read on a pc based device programmer. What is the problem?? |
