The debugger, although promising based on the initial advertisement, leaves a lot behind, at least it did last time I have worked with it - more than a year ago now. They for example promised Metalink assembler support, which was not added until the third or fourth version of the software. I also provided them a rather lengthy list of bugs, defficiencies and wishes (plus similar remarks on the datasheet)- I received only a general "thanks", and only some of the issues were resolved in the subsequent version of the software a couple of weeks after that. I lost interest.
I wonder whether anybody from Ramtron monitors this Forum and can perhaps comment. Anyway, I would let them know, at least. JW |
