Presumably, you're using the degraded mode for the SD card rather than the full-speed mode, but ... have you gotten a copy of the specifications? Much of the information that's currently available on the www is incomplete. They (the SD consortium) want you to buy their version of the specifications.
BTW, a logic analyzer is a physical instrument (hardware, sometimes quite heavy, quite costly, too) similar in many respects to an oscilloscope (also hardware, not always so heavy, pretty costly though), but it simulates nothing. AFAIK, Keil doesn't make logic analyzers. The notion that your "logic analyzer made by Keil" may actually not be a logic analyzer is supported by the fact that it disagrees with your observations on the oscilloscope. Perhaps if you carefully measure the timings, etc, it will help you understand where you're deviating from the specification. RE |
