Dear, i think that it would be a bit funny to reply you, because you are very far beyond in MCS51 knowledge (as compared to me)
but i had the same problem with the AT89C2051, i was using the 10k-ohm resistor on all pins of p1, but after that problem i used 1k-ohm resistor on p1.0 and p1.1 then my problem was solved by the way sir, it solved my problem and yes sir, if you have timing issues then you can refer to my working code (just for debbugin) http://www.8052.com/codelib/files/LCD.txt (this code was made for AT89C2051, and worked very fine) hoping nobody will be angry on my dumb suggesions :) |
