#161821 - Unfortunately, SRAM's forget when power is lost Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I've chosen a RAMTRON SPI FRAM for now. It allows me to use a SPLD to set it up and it can be written without the usual page-write delay. This means that it can be used to sample a serial bit stream at full speed without much external "help."
Their 2 Mbit 3V3 part operates at up to 40 MHz and no page-write delay during writes. RE |
