I suggest you do as I do. If ANYTHING requires a dongle, send it back for a refund and buy the competitors product. I am all for software protection and have no problem with the "can not copy" floppy or such means, but the toolmakers purpose is to help us, not to make our life more difficult. I am, indeed, using Keil tools (in the US - no dongle) but would - if a dongle were required run as fast as I could to HiTech. I have seen many software protection schemes but will not accept those that make the tool more difficult to use than without.
